Overview
Fogon and Lions was a 3600 square foot interior renovation of a former hair salon into a restaurant including joining the space with a second restaurant next door – Minnie Olivia Pizzeria which was also renovated by CCS. This project was a combination of competitive bid, negotiated bid and value engineering.
